Hatha Strength in person

The mindfulness of a yoga practice and the progressive loading of a strength program. The class focusses on building mind body awareness through breathwork and other somatic techniques. An intentional warm up that incorporates mobility and flexibility training, leading up the some reps and sets of functional movements like pushing, pulling, squatting and deadlifts. A restful savasana closes the practice. A variety of props are used during the class - blocks, bands and weights.
